  1. Sometimes that deafening silence conveys more than words do… Words can at times come out to knit a lie.. “I’m fine.”
Silence on the other hand asks you to observe better, to read emotions, body language. Silence, in a way, can speak volumes. I think… 🤔 but what do I know. 😋
Love and light to you, dear friend! ❤️🤗

    1. You’re right words can knit lies(smile here)  They do all the time in our lives when we have direct contact with people. In a virtual society we don’t have that privilege or even the take responsibility that goes along with it. I guess that was my general intent. Silence is not always golden (A wink) especially in a virtual situation (a smile) where silence can cause any gamut of emotions (Smile emoticon) Thanks for emailing. Its good to have feedback. 1. I was wondering about that writing format! Lol!
I wholeheartedly agree. Silence isn’t always golden and sometimes, especially in the virtual world, it definitely can rear up troubling emotions. But often, it also makes you notice things that you otherwise would have ignored when someone says they are okay. I still haven’t gotten used to connecting with people socially online. I can do work related projects without a problem. I can teach online, I can converse professionally with colleagues. But connecting on an emotional level. There’s always that tinge of disconnect. But I have gone off on a tangent here. My point was virtual vs real conversations or there lack of, can mean quite different things. Things we say online and the response that generates doesn’t always mimic real conversations and vice versa. And, I don’t think we are good at dealing with our own feelings on either space anymore. Anyway, I got what you were trying to say. I just added a little bit of my own thoughts your post induced. 😋❤️🌼
